Factory Tour - South West - Hinkley Point

 Agenda:

13:45    Arrive at HPC Cannington Park and Ride

·      Met by the tour guides who will verify ID (either a current Passport or a photo Driving Licence card for individuals aged 18 or over)

·      Guides to give a Welcome brief to include security checks                                                               

14:00    Board pre-arranged SPS bus and travel to Cannington Court 

14:10    Depart bus at Cannington High Street bus stop

·      Follow guides on-foot to Cannington Court Security Lodge, receive a visitor lanyard 

14:20    Arrive at Hinkley Point Visitor Centre for familiarisation with Hinkley Point Project

·      A Presentation of the HPC Project is offered to the group

·      1^st group – 14:25 pm Presentation

·      2^nd group – 14:45 pm Presentation 

15:05    Depart Hinkley Point Visitor Centre

·      Depart via Security lodge, returning visitor lanyard on exit

·      Random bag searches will be carried out when exiting Cannington Court

·      Walk to Cannington High Street bus stop, accompanied by tour guides 

15:15    Board pre-arranged SPS bus and travel to Hinkley Point C for Site Tour             

15:30    Arrive at Hinkley Point C (South Plaza) 

16:30    Depart Site and travel back to HPC Cannington Park and Ride 

16:45    Approximate arrival at HPC Cannington Park and Ride for safe onward journey
